Solos isn’t just another holiday company. Solos is a community, and we fondly welcome new customers to enjoy the experience of travelling with us. We know that our success is very much down to our customers and that’s the ethos upon which our business has grown over the last 30 years. Indeed, over half of our customers are regular Solos travellers, and this is by no means something that we take for granted. The service we offer is personal, yet unobtrusive - group sizes do vary but you will be with other single travellers who share a passion for life, a desire to embrace new experiences and who enjoy discovering exciting destinations.
We value the feedback we receive from our customers as it helps us with new ideas and additions to our programme. In addition to our Solos Forum, all the ‘Welcome Back’ questionnaires posted to our offices are read by the management team here at Solos. Several changes to this brochure have been influenced by customer feedback including ideas for new destinations, adjustments to itineraries and changes of hotels.
